| In order to make your visits more enjoyable,
let us explain a bit about the day to day operation of the
office. We provide primary dental care for adults. This
means that all of your dental needs can be met here, but
that we will refer to other specialists for surgery or root
canal therapy. While each of us on the staff has a primary
duty, we are all cross trained to be most helpful in any
situation; so expect any of us to answer the
phone or help out at the chair.
If it becomes necessary to change an appointment, we would
greatly appreciate twenty-four hours notice. Doctor's home
number is in the directory for your convenience in case
of emergency. In the event that Doctor is out of town, the
answering machine will have instructions for your care.
In today's worrisome climate relative to the spread of
disease, we would like to assure you that our office takes
every precaution for your protection as well as our own.
We have always used an autoclave to sterilize instruments
and as soon as autoclavable handpieces became available,
we took the opportunity to add them to our armamentarium.
Financial arrangements are made on an individual basis.
We are happy to work with your insurance carrier to maximize
your coverage and we accept assignment of benefits for your
convenience. We cannot be responsible for fees not covered
by any policy and since coverage varies so greatly between
carriers, a predetermination of benefits is a good idea
for any substantial work that is planned. |
